SACRED X LA FROMAGERIE, A SPRING TASTING

We are delighted to welcome Hilary Whitney & Ian Hart of the award-winning Sacred Spirits Distillery in Highgate, London to LA FROMAGERIE.
For this special tasting we will be exploring Sacred Gin, Vodka, Whisky & their stunning Vermouths.
We’ll begin with an Amber Spritz, followed by a flight of six spirits & Vermouths paired with six cheeses selected by senior cheesemonger, Max Melvin & Patricia Michelson
Our head chef, Alessandro Grano will devise a menu to complement the pairings including new season Asparagus, Peas & Artichokes, Cured Salmon, Pan-fried Duck & Steak Tartare, incorporating botanicals, herbs & blossoms to highlight the complexities of the Sacred sprits. We will finish with a decadent ‘Tiramisu’ inspired by our homemade Espresso Martini made with Sacred Vodka & our Le Piantagioni Coffee from Florence.
This event will be a fascinating insight into the world of Sacred Distillery
