  • Sinodun Hill | Oxfordshire, Pasteurised Goat's Milk - 1 unit (200g) - A truncated pyramid shaped cheese with a nutty geotrichum rind. The pate has a mellow tangy flavour, with faint citrus notes.
  • Yarlington | Gloucestershire, Pasteurised Cow's Milk - 1 unit (250g). A delicate soft washed rind cheese, which is washed in Yarlngton Mill Cider.
  • Lincolnshire Poacher | Lincolnshire, Unpasteurised Cow's Milk (250g) - This cheese has a distinctive savoury acidity from the chalky soil where the cattle graze and a richness from the Holstein cow's milk that lends itself to French style Cantal cheeses.
  • Spenwood | Berkshire, Pasteurised Ewe's Milk (250g) - This is a lighter style 'pecorino' with a clean sweet taste highlighted by fresh young hazelnuts.
  • Colston Bassett Stilton | Nottinghamshire, Pasteurised Cow's Milk (250g) - This deep and richly textured blue cheese has a delightful spicy blue tang that is nutty and rich.
