CADOURS GARLIC
We’ve just received over 20 crates of the highly prized Cadours Garlic, grown in the South west of France.
Cadours Garlic is elite. It requires an incredibly laborious process. Once dug up, the soil is carefully removed from each bulb before being hung for around 3-4 weeks. Once ready, the outer skins are peeled back to reveal the soft blush of violet within— then packed into crates for the long drive to London. Roast whole bulbs with lemon & thyme around a chicken, or nestled in amongst roasting vegetables. They take on a wonderful creamy texture that you can mash it the gravy or add to butter and spread on toasted sour dough for the ultimate garlic bread.
