Grilled Peaches with Prosciutto

GRILLED PEACH & PROSCIUTTO SERVES 2 PEOPLE

  • 2 Ripe Peaches
  • 8 slices of Prosciutto di Parma Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Wild Rocket
  • Salt & Pepper
Heat a griddlepan, cut the peach in 4 wedges & remove the stone.

    Place the peach, flesh side down on the hot griddle until the peaches have score marks to give a nice charred marking.

    Gently remove from the pan & place on a serving plate. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil & fresh cracked black pepper, Drape over the prosciutto & finish with dressed rocket & serve
