About Kirmann: Winemakers for three generations, contributing to the shaping of Alsace wines with respect for traditions, terroirs, and winemaking practices.

The estate is located in the heart of Alsace, in Epfig, one of the largest wine-producing villages in Alsace with 570 hectares of vineyards, near the Haut-Kœnigsbourg castle; producing a range of Alsace grape varieties using organic farming methods, from traditional wines to Vieilles Vignes, Late Harvest, and Crémants.
Olivier took over the vineyard in the 1990s, developing new cuvées like "Vieilles Vignes" and Crémant d'Alsace. Today, they continue to embrace innovation as their wines evolve.  Morgane, Olivier's daughter, and Caroline, the family's sister-in-law, assist Olivier in developing the brand, the wines, and also in the vineyards! Kirmann wines as it stands today are the result of a collective and family-driven effort.

Vieilles Vignes
The Vieilles Vignes Cuvée is a selection of wines from vines over 35 years old, situated in an ideal location. This microclimate ensures perfect grape maturity, resulting in robust and smooth white wines, depending on the vintage. These wines will improve with age, but can also be enjoyed now with brilliance and finesse, whether as an aperitif or paired with the most refined dishes.
