Jean-Bernard Larrieu’s 3rd generation estate is in the foothills of the Pyrenees about 40km from the Spanish border.  The vines are organic with Biodynamic & suitable for both vegetarians and vegans.  The vines are harvested from November and sometimes continue into December; Jurancon has a long growing season due to the temperate climate. The wine has a sublime expression of sweet fruit – mangoes, coconut, grapefruit & banana but with a crystal pure acidity.  Perfect as an aperitif as well as foie gras, classic with Roquefort or Brebis ewe’s milk

MADELEINES

Madeleines Jean-Mi - from the heart of the Pays Basques.  This is an artisan bakery that has been in the Larronde family since the 1980's.  Their youngest son Iban is now running the business and continues the tradition of baking by hand using the creamy butter that is local to his bakery and no preservatives or additives.
