The LA FROMAGERIE Alpine Fondue
A molten mix of Alpine farmhouse cheese.

Ingredients: 

  • Comté d'Estive A.O.P 33% (Raw cow's MILK, salt, animal rennet, lactic ferments),
  • Emmentaler Suisse 33% (Raw cow's MILK, salt, rennet, lactic ferments),
  • Beaufort D'Eté 33% (Raw cow's MILK, salt, rennet, lactic ferments).
  • Cornflour 5%. 

The recipe also requires 200ml of a dry fruity, white wine, we use a Savoie wine which you can purchase here.
Storage: Store the fondue in the fridge ideally at 5’C. Consume by Use by date on pack.
Suitable for freezing.


Please note the Fondue is made with cheese that contains animal rennet.
