About Jordan:
Jordan is a French-born wine enthusiast based in London, with a deep passion for hospitality and oenology. After working his way up in some of the industry’s most renowned establishments, his love for wine led him to Passione Vino—an independent wine importer founded by Luca Dusi, with over 20 years of expertise in artisanal winemakers, indigenous varieties, and unique wines, both traditional and contemporary.

About Max Melvin:
Max has learnt his cheesemonger trade at LA FROMAGERIE, he now leads the educational and tutorial side of our business, hosting events offsite for private clients and wine companies such as Berry Bros. & Rudd, 67 Pall Mall & Hedonism. Whilst cheese takes a natural lead, our events also focus on the regions, the terroir and the season, to give an informative insight into how food pairs together and how food has evolved through history by traditions, political, climate and economical change. Max brings an exceptional informative element to his events, however they are also relaxed and convivial, encouraging conversation and most importantly an enjoyable time! Through our events we have worked with many disciplines pairing cheese with sake, whisky, beers, ciders and of course wine.
