Our founder, Patricia has chosen her favourite cheeses for this time of year to create a wonderful Autumn cheeseboard. We have included some English Quince Paste which pairs beautifully with these cheeses.

CHEESES

  • Robiola in Foglie | Piemonte, Goat, Unpasteurised (1 unit). Small, artisan production where the cheeses are wrapped in either fig leaves, chestnut leaves or vine leaves depending on the season.
  • Fleur de Maquis | Corsica, Pasteurised Ewe's Milk (1 unit - approx 300g).  A fresh cheese with a solid consistency, completely covered with aromatic herbs such as rosemary, thyme, fresh sweet chillies. Classic, handmade, with a melt-in-the-mouth texture and a sweet nutty taste.
  • Sant'Andrea | Fruili, Pasteurised Cow's Milk (250g). A skimmed milk cheese with a semi-hard to hard pate and an inflexible golden rind, which has been washed and brushed.
  • Yarlington |  Gloucestershire, Pasteurised Cow's Milk - 1 unit.  A delicate soft washed rind styled cheese, which is brushed in Yarlington Mill Cider. Textures are soft, supple and bouncy with fruity, vegetal and savoury flavours.
  • Blu di Bufala | Bergamo, Pasteurised Buffalo Milk - 250g. We are very excited about our new buffalo cheese that has just arrived from Italy. The flavour is intense but also sweet from the high fat content of buffalo milk.
  • English Quince Paste | A lovely sweet accompaniment to this cheese board.
