CUCINA DEL VENETO
Join Chef, Teacher & Food Writer Ursula Ferrigno for a cooking workshop & supper inspired by her new book ‘Cucina de Veneto’, as we explore the food of the Veneto region in Northern Italy, which lies between the base of the Alps and the Adriatic to the south. The menu will reflect the season, the climate and terroir with its rich soil, perfect for growing wonderful vegetables, but it also forms part of the ‘polenta, bean and rice belt’ of Italy.
Ursula will share with us her knowledge and love of this region using ingredients sourced from LA FROMAGERIE.
