Join Chef, Teacher & Food Writer Ursula Ferrigno for a cooking workshop & supper inspired by the Amalfi Coast with recipes from her book Cucina di Amalfi.
Ursula will share with us her approach to Italian cooking through the seasons exploring alchemy through her favourite Italian ingredients sourced from the shelves of LA FROMAGERIE. Ursula will share techniques from her kitchen encouraging guests to try their hand at shaping fusilli.
