A Friday Supper by LA FROMAGERIE Head Chef Alessandro & Sous Chef Ioannis. Guests will be seated on a long communal table, the menu will be served family style by chef as he talks through the dish and the terroir that inspires it. A perfect way to start the weekend with friends & family.

Friday Supper, a Chefs Menu: A Tasting Journey through the Italian Alps
As we enter the cooler months we look towards comfort food, so our head chef, Alessandro has chosen very typical dishes from the high mountains of northern Italy
In September Chef Alessandro went to Turin in Piedmont for the Slow Food Terre Madre, there, he met a producer who specialises in foraging in the Friuli Venezia Alps
Alessandro returned with some special finds including wild garlic shoots, dandelion shoots, Wild Chicory shoots, all preserved in extra virgin olive oil a, along with dried Klotzen Pear from the Adria Alps.
These ingredients are high prized and very rare and give an insight to the true taste of the terroir of the Friuli Venezia Alps.
Alessandro has devised a special supper menu showcasing these ingredients
