1 bunch of French breakfast radishes, cleaned
125g unsalted butter
30g La Trebuca Anchovies, drained
Bring the butter to room temperature. Roughly chop the anchovies. Add the anchovies to the butter and whip the mixture with a stand mixer (or by hand with a whisk) until it is pale in colour. Serve at room temperature with cleaned breakfast radishes.
