Introducing our Italian Aperitivo Board - A perfect way to start the evening with family and friends.  To add on charcuterie, we have three pre-packed Italian charcuterie options for you in our Add On section below.

  • Pecorino Villanetto Rosso, Tuscany, Pasteurised Ewe's Milk. 250g This is one of the most traditional regions for pecorino. The smooth hard red rind is rubbed in olive oil and tomato paste before the cheese is matured in cellars. The flavours are light and tangy and sweet, like fresh cobnuts or almonds, and the texture – which varies with age – tends toward the crumbly.

  • Sant' Andrea, Fruili, Pasteurised Cow's Milk. 250g. A skimmed milk cheese with a semi-hard to hard pate and an inflexible golden rind, which has been washed and brushed. The simple smooth-textured cheese has scatterings of tiny eyelets and tastes mellow and fruity. It is especially good as a table cheese when eaten young.

  • Vacca Blu, Piedmont, Pasteurised Cow’s Milk (250g). Vacca Blu (also known as Gratin Blu) is a compact blue with a dense buttery texture and well-spread penicillium roqueforti moulds giving a metallic bite to the sweetness. Aged on pine shelves for the last weeks of maturation, a woody, juniper undertone sometimes pervades.

  • Jar of l'Epicurien Olives
  • Dalimar Crisps (photographed) or Socca Chips (Chickpea crisps) - depending on availability
  • Sablés Comtés |  100g bag. Delicious savoury shortbread biscuits made with 25% Comté cheese content. Perfect with your cheese and charcuterie board and glass of wine. Brigitte Arnaud-Boué, of Goulibeur, inherited the recipe from her grandmother Paulette.
  • One Box of Cheese Biscuits
  • Tasting Notes

Please Note: You can add on charcuterie, by looking at the Add On selection below.

  • PROSECCO DI CONEGLIANO

    Brut Vino Spumante
    Vitivinicola Palazzo Rosso, Sommariva, Conegliano

Dry, light with a slight almond bitterness to an otherwise ripe fruit taste. Well structured as the vines are on hilly slopes which result in good drainage and even amount of sunlight. The Prosecco is late ripening grape variety & the vinification method is not too  high-tec; the grapes are gently pressed & then the Charmat method is used where the second fermentation is performed ina pressure tank before bottling (the champagne method is produced in the bottle). Perfect for aperitif or for cocktails.
