CHEESE

  • Selles sur Cher | Loire, Unpasteurised, Goat - 1 unit (175g) - A small, close-textured disc-shaped cheese, that is covered in charcoal ash.
  • Le Barisien | Cousance-Les-Triconville, Unpasteurised, Cow - (550g) - A triple cream cheese, lightly covered with a bloomy rind. It is rich and silky on the palate.
  • Beaufort Chalet D'Alpage | Savoie, Unpasteurised, Cow - (250g) - The raison d'etre for La Fromagerie, this high mountain cheese has a sweet almond nuttiness.
  • Saint Felicien | Lyonnais, Unpasteurised, Cow - 1 unit (180g) - A soft, medallion-shaped cheese with a natural washed gold coat. The inside pate is soft, golden and lactic. This cheese is matured in its own ceramic pot.
  • Livarot | Normandy, Unpasteurised, Cow - 1 unit (500g) - Semi-soft cheese with a firm golden-orange washed rind, bound with raffia. This cheese has a pungent aroma and a spicy, unctuous profile.
  • Fourme D'Ambert | Auvergne, Pasteurised, Cow - (250g) - The texture is rich and mellow with a nutty, subtle flavour.. Perfect partner for fine wines as the taste is not over-aggressive.
